Solaris will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on June 30, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Vancouver time / 5:00 p.m. Zug time.

The meeting will be held in a virtual-only format and conducted via live webcast at: http://meetnow.global/MCH6WNH

At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to receive and consider the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, elect directors for the ensuing year, appoint BDO Canada LLP as auditors of the Company, and consider the approval of unallocated entitlements under the Company’s stock option plan.
