On June 24, 2025, Solaris Resources Inc. announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders. All resolutions set out in the company’s May 14, 2025 circular were approved, including the election of directors and the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors. The strong support reflects continued confidence in Solaris’ leadership and strategy as it advances the Warintza Project in Ecuador and its portfolio of copper exploration assets across the Americas.
